WALKING SAFARI
TANZANIA - 13 DAYS 12 NIGHTSFly to Kilimanjaro International Airport or any pick-up airport. Overnight in Arusha, depends on the time that you arrive.
Drive to Tarangire national park, wildlife safari and Game viewing in the park. Overnight at Tarangire Safari lodge, Sopa lodge or Maromboi tented lodge.
Drive to lake Eyasi. These two days you will be walking with bushmen, who are native to this area. Hunting activities will be going on while walking. You will be able to practice making and throwing a bow and arrow and also learning hunting skill.
On this day you do a morning walk toward Ngorongoro Highlands, in the late afternoon we get into our cars and drive to Ngorongoro. The next day you will be walking in the Ngorongoro highlands accompanied by our Maasai guide as he will share his traditional life with you during this walk. On the third day you will drive down to the crater floor for game drive. Explore the crater for all day and drive back to the lodge or camp in the late afternoon.

TANZANIA - 8 DAYS 7 NIGHTSUpon arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, you will be met by your guide and transfer you to the Planet Lodge, a hotel in the suburb of the city of Arusha.
After breakfast you leave for Lake Manyara National park ready to encounter your first wildlife on safari. Discover the traditional way of life of the villagers at a town near the Park. You can stop and visit the village (optional to visit) Continue to Lake Manyara National park, which is only a few minutes’ drive from Mto wa Mbu village. Lake Manyara is known for its huge soda lake filled with pink-hued flamingos, large population of baboons, incredible birdlife and breathtaking views. You can see giraffes, elephants, hippos, buffaloes, zebras, and flamingo. If you’re lucky you might see tree-climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at Escarpment or Ngorongoro Farm house.
This morning you drive to the famous Serengeti National Park. On the way you will stop at a Maasai village to get an insight in the lifestyle of these graceful warriors. Upon arrival in the Serengeti, you first have a picnic lunch and then continue with a beautiful game drive. There is a big change you can see the Great Migration of wildebeest crossing the Grumeti River in this area of the Serengeti between May and July. The herds must outsmart the crocodiles and fast flowing water before facing predators waiting on the river bank ready to hunt Wildebeests. It is an amazing and spectacular drama should you be lucky enough to witness it. Dinner and overnight at Kubu kubu Tented lodge or Mbalageti lodge.
Rise up early, so that you can depart your lodge for a full day moving with the herds across the plains exploring the Great Migration. An impressive experience to see all those hoofed mammals, followed by predators, migrates in a clockwise circle every year. If you want to spot the Big Five (lion, elephant, leopard, rhino and buffalo) all in one park, the Serengeti is the places to be. Return to Kubu kubu Tented Lodge for dinner and overnight. The views from the lodge over the Serengeti are fantastic.
Today you set off towards the Ngorongoro Crater for your game drive. It shelters close to 30.000 animals including the Big Five. The crater teems with zebras, buffaloes, lions, wildebeest, baboons, elephants, flamingos, ostriches, hippos, cheetahs and also the rare black rhino. The beautiful colours and dancing clouds make the crater almost surreal. Because of its natural beauty the Ngorongoro Crater is chosen as one of Africa’s Seven Natural Wonders. You will do the game drive in the late afternoon, then drive to the Ngorongoro Farm House for dinner and overnight.
Today starts your safari to Tarangire Park and encounter wildlife on your game drives around the park. You will drive to Tarangire National Park and stop for hot lunch at Tarangire Safari Lodge. This lovely park has the largest concentrations of elephants and the highest number of breeding bird species. Especially during the dry season, Tarangire National park is packed with wildlife. Big cats like lions, cheetahs and leopards, but also the seldom seen Kudu, Oryx and Gerenuk. The Tarangire River draws huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, as well as predators that prey upon them. Later in the afternoon you drive to Sopa lodge lodge or Tarangire Safari Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Today you will do Morning and evening game drive. You will leave your lodge at 6am with a picnic breakfast do game drive and return to the lodge around noon and have a hot lunch. You will have afternoon rest and go out again for game drive at 4:30pm and return to you lodge for dinner and overnight at Sopa Lodge or Tarangire Safari lodge.
Today you will leave the park drive to Arusha town to have lunch, rest at the hotel (day-use only) and transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport to connect with International return flight.

Drive to Tarangire National park for game viewing and overnight at the lodge. Tarangire Safari lodge, Maromboi Tented lodge, Sopa lodge.
Explore more of Tarangire National park, game drive in the park for the second day to see the abundant number of Elephant in the area. This park is known for hosting a lot of Elephants. The best time to visit is during the dry season when most of other wildlife coming back from the game controlled area. Tarangire river is the only source of water when it is dry.

On this day you leave Tarangire for Ngorongoro, Game drive as you leave the park you will arrive late to Ngorongoro Crater so you are going to spend two nights in Lodges outside of the crater or overnight at Serena lodge, Sopa lodge, Wildlife lodge or Rhino lodge. These lodges are on the rim of the crater, you will be viewing crater floor from your room.
Today you spend the whole day in the crater doing game drive and observe the behaviour of wildlife closely in the crater, drive back to the lodge in the evening.
Drive to Serengeti national park driving on the beautiful scenery of the Ngorongoro highland down to the Serengeti Plain. You will also be doing game drive along the way, you will arrive in the Serengeti National park in the evening. Accommodation Sopa lodge, Serena lodge, Wildlife lodge, Kirawira tented lodge. Also they are Special campsite in the area which is in the beautiful area in the Serengeti.
Explore more of the Serengeti, do game drive for the whole day and go back to the lodge in the evening.
Drive to Manyara national park, as you leave the Serengeti you will be doing game drive along the way back to the Ngorongoro highland and down to the Karatu town. You will arrive in the lodge late afternoon; have a rest in the lodge. Accommodation, Gibs's Farm, Farm house, Serena lodge and Bougainvillea lodge. These lodges are outside of the Ngorongoro crater. They are beautiful lodges and you will love their setting and their location.
On this day walking in the village is optional or just relax in the lodge.
Game drive in Lake Manyara National park in the morning for game viewing and village optional visit in the afternoon then go back to lodge for overnight.
Today is the last day of our trip, you will be transfer to Arusha for a day use lodge and to the airport to leave Tanzania. Farewell lunch with your guide and say bye.

Set out for Tarangire National Park for your first encounter with incredible Tanzania's wildlife. Herd of elephants, zebras, wildebeest, lions and wide variety of birds overnight: Tarangire Safari Lodge. Tarangire Safari Lodge is one of the lodges with an awesome view of the Tarangire River below, while sitting at your veranda you will be watching elephants, zebras, wildebeest, impala, baboons drinking and sometimes lions near the river on search of prey. Keep your camera & binocular handy for possible drama down the river.
Today you will explore more of Tarangire park for doing game viewing around the park. This park is known for hosting a large number of elephants, giraffe and many species of birds. Baobab trees are also magnificent historical long life tree dominating this park. Overnight at Tarangire Safari Lodge.
Leave the lodge and head to the Ngorongoro Crater highland, the camp is situated in the beautiful Maasai community village surrounded by Acacia trees with awesome view of Lake Eyasi from the camp when there is no mist. Along the drive you will see a beautiful view of the crater floor when driving on the rim of the crater. Arrive at the camp in the late afternoon, where you will be given an orientation and introduction to the camp staff. Check in then meet again at the mess tent to visit the Maasai village for cultural experience. This is a beautiful neighbourhood where you will see Maasai people one their red robes in the distance taking care of their livestock, cows, goats, and sheep wandering around for pastures and donkey caring water and fire woods. Here is where you can learn Maasai tribe daily activities, culture and tradition. Overnight at Ngorongoro Camp.
After breakfast you will drive 30 minutes to descend 200ft down into the crater floor for the whole day game drive. This is the largest dry volcanic caldera on earth, which is a home for a permanent population of some 30,000 animals includes some of the endangered Black Rhinos. After an amazing game drive in the crater floor, you will drive back to the camp, freshen up then experience the Maasai dance performance while having a glass of wine. Overnight at Ngorongoro Camp.
Ndutu is part of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which is in the west side of the crater. This area is famous for wildebeest migration and wildebeest calving. The plain is full of wildebeests along with lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyena and a lot of birds. You will have three nights here, exploring this beautiful ecosystem. February is the best time to visit. Overnight at Ndutu Lodge.
After breakfast you will leave your lodge for the Serengeti National Park. Along the way you will be doing game drives slowly toward the park. Spend two amazing days in fable Serengeti National Park. crisscross the open savannah on daily basis and look out for lions, zebras, hyena, and many hundred of species of birds. Wind through rocky terrain which is known as Kopjes which means small outcrop on the plain caused by volcano magma cooled and solidify under the ground millions of years ago. These kopjes dominated a big area of the Serengeti plains and we usually see lions and leopard on top of the rocks. On the second day you will visit the west side of the Serengeti by Grumeti River, where you will be able to see crocodile in the river and hippos sharing the same home regardless one is vegetarian and another one is meat eater. Overnight at Kubukubu Luxury Camp.
After spending two beautiful days in the Serengeti National Park you will now leave the park via Oldupai Gorge and later settle into Tloma Lodge, a beautiful organic coffee estate and eco-lodge on the outer slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater. Take a free afternoon to relax on the veranda or visit coffee farm and garden. Oldupai Gorge is where in 1960 Louis and Mary Leaky discovered the earliest human remains of Homo Habilis. You will visit the museum and later they will give a lecture about the findings. Overnight at Tloma Lodge.
You will drive back to Arusha to fly home or continue with other programs.

Your walking guide will take you to rice and banana plantations, a local beer factory, a school and a carving factory. Discover the traditional way of life of the villagers. DANA SAFARI

Today you will set out for Tarangire National Park, which is home to some of the largest herds of elephants in East Africa. Unwind at the lodge with a magnificent awesome view of the Tarangire River below. You can sit at your veranda and watch wildlife drinking water down on the river bed. Elephants babies play, giraffe bending down to drink and baboon having fun playing on the trees branches. You will do a game drive and leave for Ngorongoro Crater for lunch. Overnight Tarangire Safari Lodge.
Leave the lodge and head to the highland s of Ngorongoro Crater, drive on the rim with beautiful view of the crater down below. Arrive to the camp in the late afternoon then you will visit the Maasai village for cultural experience. This is a beautiful neighbourhood as you will see the Maasai people in their robes going about their daily activities in the distance. You can lean a lot from their daily activities, culture and customs. The next day after breakfast you will drive for 30 minutes to descend 2,000 feet down into the crater floor for a game drive. This is more a Caldera than a crater and has the highest concentration of wildlife in Africa, it includes some of the largest lion pride, elephants, endangered Black Rhinos and lots of birds. It is a full day game drive in the crater and you will drive back to the camp in the evening. Overnight at Ngorongoro Safari Camp.
You will leave the camp for Ndutu Lodge. You will spend three days at Ndutu area, where most wildebeest deliver babies in February to March. You will be exploring this area by doing game drives in various areas of Ndutu. During migration time so many animals associate with wildebeest, large pride of lions, hyenas, jackal, vultures, eagles and variety of birds soaring in the sky. This is a time where predators and birds of prey have their easy food by grabbing baby wildebeest as they are easy prey. Overnight at Ndutu Lodge.

Today you will leave Serengeti via Oldupai Gorge and later settle at Tloma Lodge, a beautiful, organic coffee estate and eco-lodge on the outer slopes of the Ngorongoro Crater. Take advantage of free afternoon to relax on the veranda, visit the coffee farm and garden. Odlupai Gorge is where the earliest human remains (Homo Habilis) where discovered. You will visit the museum to read and see the discovery done around this area.
Today you will depart to Arusha town, do some shopping and use a day room then transfer to the airport.
